We are honest about this because it matters when something goes wrong. BukTryp operates its own vehicles and employs its own chauffeurs across Toronto, the GTA and southern Ontario, and drives long-distance to Ottawa, Montréal, Windsor and across the US border.

Outside that footprint — Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax, Québec City and the rest — we book through affiliate operators we have vetted for licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle age and chauffeur conduct. You book with us, you are billed by us, and we hold the relationship if anything needs fixing. What you do not get is a stranger with no accountability chain.
