How far in advance should I book?
Airport transfers are usually fine with 12 to 24 hours' notice, and we accept same-day bookings subject to availability. Weddings, proms and large group movements should be booked several months ahead, especially for Saturdays between May and October.
Are your rates really flat?
Yes for point-to-point transfers. The figure in your written quote includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and return positioning. Tolls, parking and any venue fees are passed through at cost and shown separately. Nothing is added for traffic or weather.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. Every airport booking is tied to your flight number and tracked from departure. If the flight is late, early or diverted, dispatch adjusts automatically. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait time, domestic 30 minutes.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, at no charge — infant, convertible and booster seats. Tell us the child's age and weight when booking so the correct seat is fitted and installed before pickup, as Ontario law requires.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer and corporate account invoicing. Cards are pre-authorised rather than charged until the journey is complete.
