Pearson is Canada's busiest airport and the single most common pickup and drop-off on our board. Terminal 1 handles Air Canada, Star Alliance and most long-haul carriers; Terminal 3 handles WestJet, Air Transat and much of the Oneworld and SkyTeam traffic. Tell us the flight number and we work out the terminal, the level and the door — you do not need to.

Arrivals are met either curbside on the arrivals level, or inside the hall past customs with a name board if you choose meet-and-greet. International passengers get 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from touchdown, which is realistic for the customs hall on a busy evening; domestic passengers get 30.

For departures we plan against the real constraints: the 401 and 427 approach, construction on Airport Road, and the pier walk once you are inside. We recommend leaving three hours before an international departure and two before a domestic, and we confirm the pickup by text the night before.

How the pickup works

Give us the flight number when you book. We track it from departure, and your chauffeur is dispatched against the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one. On arrival you either walk to the curb and we text you the door and vehicle, or — if you have chosen meet-and-greet — your chauffeur is already inside with a name board.

For departures we confirm your pickup by text the evening before and build buffer into the timing. If your plans change, call dispatch on 1-855-255-6622 at any hour.
