How our pricing works
- All rates are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST and gratuity.
- Airport transfers are flat-rated point to point. Hourly hire has a three-hour GTA minimum, two hours downtown.
- Tolls (including Highway 407), parking and venue access fees are passed through at cost and itemised on your invoice.
- Statutory holidays, and pickups between midnight and 5am, carry a surcharge that is shown in your quote before you confirm.
- Meet-and-greet, child seats, extra luggage and bottled water are included at no charge.
- Published figures are starting rates. Your written quote is the price you pay.
What is included in every rate
The vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, return positioning of the car, meet-and-greet where applicable, complimentary wait time on airport arrivals, child seats, bottled water and luggage handling. Nothing on that list is an upsell.
What is charged separately
Tolls including Highway 407, parking and venue access fees, additional stops on point-to-point bookings, waiting time beyond the included allowance, and overtime beyond a booked hourly block. All are itemised, at cost where they are pass-throughs.
Cancellations
Cancel 12 or more hours before pickup and there is no charge. Inside 12 hours the full fare applies and the booking is treated as a no-show. Cancellations caused by a cancelled or diverted flight are never charged, whatever the notice.
