The two pricing models
Almost every limousine booking in Toronto is priced one of two ways, and knowing which one you need is most of the battle.
Point-to-point (flat rate) covers a single journey between two addresses. Airport transfers are almost always priced this way. You are quoted one number that includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and the return positioning of the car, and it does not change if the Gardiner is closed.
Hourly (as-directed) covers a block of time during which the vehicle and chauffeur are yours. Weddings, events, shopping days and multi-stop itineraries are priced this way, usually with a three-hour minimum in the GTA.
Airport transfer prices from Toronto Pearson
Flat rates from YYZ vary mostly by distance and vehicle class. As a guide, in 2026:
Downtown Toronto — from $124 in an executive sedan, $189 in a luxury SUV.
Mississauga — from $98 sedan, $156 SUV.
Markham or Richmond Hill — from $150 sedan, $215 SUV.
Oakville or Burlington — from $156 sedan, $221 SUV.
Barrie — from $470 sedan.
Niagara Falls — from $555 sedan.
Those figures exclude HST and gratuity. A useful sanity check: if a quote for a downtown Pearson run is dramatically below $124, ask what is not included — it is usually wait time, meet-and-greet or the tolls.
Hourly rates
Hourly hire in Toronto generally runs $128 to $165 per hour for a sedan or SUV, $203 and up for a van or Sprinter, $263 and up for a stretch limousine, and $338 and up for a party bus.
Minimums matter as much as the rate. Three hours is standard across the GTA, two hours downtown, and four hours for stretch limousines and party buses on Friday and Saturday nights. A cheap hourly rate attached to a six-hour minimum is not cheap.
Weddings and party buses
A typical Toronto wedding books four to six hours for the wedding party vehicle. At stretch limousine rates that is roughly $1,050 to $1,600 before extras, and a luxury sedan for the couple alone runs materially less.
Guest shuttles are usually quoted separately as timed loops. A Sprinter or minibus doing three round trips between a hotel block and a venue is often cheaper than most couples expect, and it removes the drink-driving problem entirely.
Party buses run $338 an hour and up with a four-hour minimum on peak nights, so a Saturday night out lands around $1,350 to $2,050 depending on the coach.
The extras that catch people out
Gratuity — usually 15 to 20 per cent, and sometimes added automatically for group bookings. Check whether it is in the quote.
Tolls — Highway 407 is a genuine cost on cross-GTA routes and is normally passed through at cost.
Parking and venue fees — airports, hotels and some event venues charge for vehicle access.
Wait time — beyond the included allowance, usually billed per 15 minutes.
Late-night and holiday surcharges — common between midnight and 5am and on statutory holidays.
Ask for the all-in figure in writing. A reputable operator will give you one without hesitating.
